Paul, the founding partner of PANCUNIA, specializes in providing national and international tax services to companies in the financial and industrial sector in Luxembourg and is especially known for his creative solutions required in complex structured financing cases. He has also developed sophisticated estate planning and succession solutions for high networth individuals and their families, which he offers on a case by case basis.

Paul holds a degree in Economics from the University of Brussels (Université libre de Bruxelles). He is qualified as a chartered accountant (expert comptable) in Luxembourg. Paul is an active member of the International Fiscal Association; ALFI, BCC, AMCHAM, ALEF (Luxembourg Tax Association) and ABBL (Luxembourg's Banker's Association).
